When i Go shopping the smell of ciinnamon coming from almost every corner of the mall always gets my atintion. I would love to peek through the windows and see how the preparation of this sweet pastry was made. The sweet smelll that came out of those oven, always made my mouth water. I decided to find a good recipe to prepare this mouth watering pastry at home. I have tried several recipes and everytime something turned wrong.The pastry was too hard or sometimes the dough wouldent rise, until I found this recipe, and the beauty of it, it doesn't take too much work
Dough:
Cake mix
3 cups flour
1 tbsp yeast
1 1/4 cup warm water 110F
Filling:
1 1/2 Tbsp of Ground Cinnamon
¼ cup of Granulated White Sugar
¾ cup of Dark Brown Sugar
60g of Unsalted Butter, room temperature
Glaze:
3 to 4 Tbsp of Warm Milk
½ tsp of Vanilla Extract
1 cup of Powdered Sugar
15g of Butter, room temperature
¼ cup of Cream Cheese, room temperature

Directions:
mix yeast and warm water let sit for 10 min, it should start to foam up.
Mix flour and Cake mix add yeast mixter and mix it all up until a dough forms.
greese a bowl add the dough cover it and let rise for 1 hour in a warm place.
Roll you dough into 15×9 inch rectangle, spread butter on dough then add the filling. Roll it then cut into 14 to 16 slices. add your sliced rolles into a greesed baking pan, cover it and let it rise for 30 min in a warme place.
preheat your oven to 350F (180C) then bake them for 40 min or until golden brown.
Glaze:
Mix Butter and Cream Cheese until well blended, add Powdered Sugar mix then add vanilla , add milk to desierd thicknes
