Oh cookies let me tell you this wasn't easy. There are a lot of recipes that you don't know where to start ! Lucky I had a website that I liked which offered a cookie recipe . But heres the problem I didn't like the way it turned out it spread out too much and looked ugly ,but the taste was good. I had to figure out the problem by myself turned out that I had to chill the dough and cool the baking try after each use. In the end it turned out just the way I like it and a lot of people loved it. I think it's because the hard work and patience that I put in it.

Ingredients:
1 cup (226 grams) unsalted butter, room temperature
3/4 cup (150 grams) granulated white sugar
3/4 cup (160 grams) light brown sugar
2 large eggs
1 1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
2 1/4 cups (295 grams) all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups (270 grams) semisweet chocolate chips
Directions:
In the bowl mix the butter until smooth and creamy. Add the white and brown sugars and beat until mixed.
add in eggs, one at a time, making sure to mix well after each addition.
Add the vanilla and mix until incorporated.
In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt. Add the dry ingredients to the egg mixture and beat until incorporated, then add the chocolate chips.
using a scoop , scoop dough into plate then chill for 1 hour
Preheat oven to 330F (170C) Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
Bake about 10 -14 minutes, or until golden brown around the edges
