I love crêpes they are one of my favorite snacks... breakfast or dinner I can literally it all day. Since I go to italy every summer, I would always see these little shops on the street that made crepe right in front of you. They would have a huge bucket full of batter. They poured the crepe on this big round metal, that made the crepe sizzle. And when they moved the batter in a circular motion, that was the best part. This made me want to make my own, I tried searching for some recipes on the Internet, but non worked, Until I found an Italian recipe book in my grandmother's house that had the perfect recipe.
Ingredients:
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 egg
1 1/4 cups milk warm
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour & the sugar make a well in the middle then add in the milk egg vanilla and the butter, stir to combine.
heat a non stickpan on medium heat until a few sprinkles of water dropped on the pan sizzle.
Adjust the temperature as needed.
*Lightly butter the the pan *(i didn't) Lift the pan from the heat and, pour the batter into the top of the hot pan.Tilt and swirl the pan so the batter forms an even layer.
Cook until the top looks dry and bubblels start to form (about 1-2 minutes)Flip the Crêpe and continue to cook for about 15-30 seconds or until you have brown spots over the surface.Remove from heat and place on a plate.
makes 4-5 crepes
